What is the lead time for shipping? Where is it shipped from and can you ship to a hotel if I am visiting Italy?

Shipping usually takes 10–14 working days on average, depending on the destination and current logistics flow.
Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse (Poland). For some specific products (like Driada), shipping can be done from a local EU warehouse, which may be slightly faster.
Regarding hotel delivery — yes, it’s possible.
We can ship to a hotel as long as you provide the full and correct delivery address (hotel name, street, postal code, your name as on the booking).
Just make sure:
Your name matches the reservation
You’ll be available to receive the parcel within the delivery window
