Warehouse Shipping Schedule During the Holiday Period
During the New Year holiday period, warehouse operations and order dispatches follow a modified schedule. Please review the information below before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings regarding processing and delivery timelines.
Order Acceptance Until Year-End
- Until December 17 (inclusive) — orders are accepted for shipment within the current year
- December 18 — the last day of actual warehouse dispatches
Tracking numbers for orders dispatched on December 18 will be issued on December 22–23.
No-Dispatch Period (December 19 – January 4)
- From December 19 to January 4, order dispatches are temporarily suspended
- Order placement remains fully available
- Order processing and packing continue as usual
This means your order will not be delayed or put on hold — it will be fully prepared in advance for the first shipment after the holiday period.
Resumption of Shipments
- From January 5, warehouse dispatches resume
- Tracking numbers for these shipments will be provided on January 12–13
Important Information About Tracking Numbers
- Orders placed after December 18 will be prepared in advance and shipped on January 5
- In some cases, tracking numbers may be issued earlier
- Tracking activation occurs only after the parcel is physically handed over to the shipping carrier
This is a standard holiday-season procedure and does not indicate any delay or issue with your order.

- Shipment will occur on the first working day after the holidays
- All orders remain under full control until they are transferred to the delivery service
