Why standard delivery to Germany is temporarily unavailable
All standard postal shipments from Poland to Germany pass through the main sorting center in Leipzig. Recently, new scanning and control systems were installed there, causing increased inspections, delays, and returns of parcels.
To prevent delivery issues or losses, we have temporarily suspended standard postal delivery. At the moment, only courier shipping is available — it’s sent directly from our EU warehouse, bypassing problematic logistics hubs.
Courier delivery is fully safe, discreet, and takes about 4–6 days on average. Shipping cost — 85 €.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume standard delivery as soon as the sorting center’s work stabilizes.
